1. Lifting system: The equipment is equipped with lifting system, using cylinder and linear guide rail to ensure smooth lifting.
2. Ultrasonic: the 1st and 2nd tank ultrasonic system, transducer wall-mounted installation mode, evenly arranged at the bottom of the equipment. Each tank ultrasonic power 2400W (max. input 2880W, max. output 2400W), total 4800W. Frequency 40KHZ, equipped with independent generator control, power adjustable.
3. Heating system: the 1st and 2nd tank adopts cast aluminum wall-mounted heating plate, each heating power 6KW. In total 12KW.
4. Air heating tube, heating power 6KW, equipped with high pressure fan internal circulation mode drying, digital temperature display.
5. The degree controller controls the heating temperature, equipped with a pneumatic door cover, and is driven by a cylinder.
6. Circulating filtration system: the 1st tank adopts CHL series stainless steel centrifugal pump + stainless steel 10" filter, circulating pressure flow. The amount is adjustable.
