1): Overall machine size: L3300*W1350*H2000MM, tank size: L1100*W650*H500MM, lifting valid working size: 1040*440mm. 2): Tank material SUS316L T=2.0mm, housing 40*40*2.0 SUS304, drainage 1.5” manual ball valve, inlet 1” manual ball valve, with filteration and recycling system for the 1st working tank.
3): Lifting system: adopt SC100-500 air cylinder and linear guide rail to ensure smooth lifting for 1# and 2# working tanks.
4):Ultrasonic: 1# tank with ultrasonic function, install transducers at the bottom of the working tank evenly, total ultrasonic power 3600W, frequency is 28khz or 40khz, with 2 ultrasonic generators.
5): Heating system: a 9KW cast aluminum alloy heating plate is installed on the side wall of each 1# and 2# working tank. And a digital temperature controller controls the heating temperature.
6): Cooling system: the equipment is equipped with a set of refrigeration coils, a set of 7HP air-cooled refrigeration unit, American valley wheel brand compressor, cooling fan and refrigerant storage tank.
7): Control box: The internal electrical components are made of internationally renowned brands, using PLC to control the automation of the whole machine. The control program can be written, and the corresponding program can be set according to the production process during operation.
