#1 Tank: Ultrasonic Cleaning + Filtration Circulation Function: Filter out floating oil, impurities, and dust fromthe cleaning process to prevent secondary contamination of the cleaned parts and save cleaning agents.
#2 Tank: Ultrasonic Rinsing Function: After the first tank cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing removes residual cleaning agents from the surface of the workpiece, resulting in better cleanliness.
#3 Tank: Hot Air Circulation Drying Function: The tank is equipped with one medium-pressure blower, utilizing hot air circulation to conserve energy. Each tank is fitted with one set of heating packs with a heating power of 4.5KW, and the temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 180 degrees. It is also equipped with an efficient filter for rapid drying of workpieces.
