Anilox Roller Ultrasonic Washers provide efficient & effective removal of dirt, dried ink and coatings from anilox rollers. The ultrasonic activity in the tank provides a scrubbing action on the anilox roller to remove the impurities from the surface. The built-in heater provides pre-soak capabilities to soften the hardened deposits. All the cleaning machines have lockable casters easy moving.

Ultrasonic cleaning systems can be used to clean rollers and anilox sleeves, etching plates, cartridge holders, ceramic rollers and other removable printing pieces that accumulate oil, water, alcohol or UV-based ink. The accumulation of dirt causes a progressive deterioration of the drum, which affects the printing quality.

The advantages of ultrasound cleaning are the recovery of the transference level of the cells from the anilox rollers (recovery of the cell volume) and also rotogravure cylinders in all sizes.Therefore, using our machines for your cleaning needs, ensures you obtain a consistent and high printing quality.Custom sizes and options are available to fit your needs.
