1. Lifting system: The equipment is equipped with lifting system, using cylinder and linear guide rail to ensure smooth lifting.
2. Ultrasonic: the 1st and 2nd tank ultrasonic system, transducer wall-mounted installation mode, evenly arranged at the bottom of the equipment. Each tank ultrasonic power 1500W, total 3000W. Frequency 40KHZ, equipped with independent generator control, power adjustable.
3. Heating system: the 1st and 2nd tank adopts cast aluminum wall-mounted heating plate, heating power 3KW. In total 6KW
4. Air heating tube, heating power 3KW, equipped with medium pressure fan internal circulation mode drying, digital temperature display.
5. The degree controller controls the heating temperature, equipped with a pneumatic door cover, and is driven by a cylinder.
6. Circulating filtration system: the 1st tank adopts CHL series stainless steel centrifugal pump + stainless steel 10" filter, circulating pressure flow. The amount is adjustable.
