1) Lifting system: The equipment is equipped with lifting system, using SC50*300SFA cylinder and linear guide rail to ensure smooth lifting.
2) Ultrasonic: the 1st and 2nd tank ultrasonic system, transducer wall-mounted installation mode, evenly arranged at the bottom of the equipment. Each tank ultrasonic power 900W, total 1800W. Frequency 40KHZ, equipped with independent generator control, power adjustable.
3) Heating system: the 1st and 2nd tank adopts cast aluminum wall-mounted heating plate, heating power 3KW.In total 6KW
4) Air heating tube, heating power 3KW, equipped with CX-75A-750W medium pressure fan internal circulation mode drying, digital temperature display.
5) The degree controller controls the heating temperature, equipped with a pneumatic door cover, and is driven by a cylinder.
6) Circulating filtration system: the 1st tank adopts CHL series stainless steel centrifugal pump + stainless steel 10" filter, circulating pressure flow. The amount is adjustable.
